Chip Package
This is a packaging project that involved rebranding and redesigning the names and appearances of three flavors of an existing chip brand.
These designs were entered and were finalists of the 2022 AIGA FLUX Student Design competition in the Packaging category. Check out my fellow finalists here!
Throughout this project, I redesigned the company logo and flavor names to align with an irreverent devilish theme, which carried into the illustration style. This was accomplished with hand-done linocut prints that were scanned and colored in Photoshop. Each of the flavors are references to popular demonic imagery in pop-culture, like the goat-like devil, the circles of hell from Dante’s Inferno, and the golden violin from the song Devil Went Down to Georgia.
